No, you can't. The lovers win ONLY when they are alive at the end. So, if Gin and Agasa were in love, and they got killed and the final result is a townsfolk victory, Agasa had still lost. However, they mustn't be the only ones alive (just alive...).
Therefore, the lovers win in case of any stalemate (as long as they are alive).

really now, I was under the impression that the lovers won if either they both were alive, or each individual could win if their side won. That's how I was interpreting it the first game at least (also with them not winning in stalemates)

TO Holmes
You dream of a quite strange scenario. You are with the BO, and you have to kill someone. You don't know who, you only have his address. After some troubles, you manage to find the address and charge into the apartment with the help of the friendly female police officer Commi-Ninja. You find an old man there, studying something that seems to be a complicated machine.
You stab him with your dagger, and when he falls from his chair, you realize that it's conia, holding a watch that seems to be made for a child and a red bow-tie.
Just after you’ve realized what you’ve done, a small girl of 6 or 7 years steps into the room and coldly points a gun at you. She looks just like mangaluva. When she pulls the trigger, you wake up.

You dream of a costume ball. You have disguised yourself as Ran, and many other are with you. You dance with Heiji first, of whom you can tell by stature that it’s conia. Later you dance with Eisuke (a bad idea!), and when he finally manages to lose his mask, you can see that it’s Akonyl.
Finally, the host of the party shows himself on the stage, disguised as 1412, and dramatically welcomes the guests. However, just after this, he’s shot from somewhere in the crowd, and when you rash over to see if you can help, you recognize that the one lying there is Sakina.
At this moment you hear a silent “Hello…â€

also, we probably could have won if I'd just told holmes to arrest commi-ninja on night 6, because then we could lynch manga and there'd be nothing commi could do about it, oh well.

oh come on, aside from the role call right at the beginning was I really that suspicious? :O

as for game 3, if nobody else wants to mod it (I know at one point during the game callid said he probably wouldn't want to mod it again) I guess I'll mod it again, although if I do, some of the rules I'll use:
- The lovers have to be the only people alive to get the lovers' win, but they can win by mafia/town win as well if they're both on the same side ( )
- Matsuda won't be assigned to a player, and will instead be an "NPC" controlled by me. So, every night, 2 random people will get dreams containing randomly chosen CORRECT info, and a certain amount of other people will get dreams containing randomly chosen info (which can randomly be correct, but probably not).
- Dead people will still be allowed to talk in the thread if they want. However, this will solely be limited to mundane stuff like "hhaha ctu died, that'll teach you to try to lynch me yesterday!" or "3 people left, this is close!", if you try to reveal information (real or fake) after your death I'll stab you, or something.
- I'll use the role list that Callid used for Game 2.
