What would be interesting to see (but probably unlikely) would be Yusaku/Conan and Kid realising they share a common enemy, or Kid mentioning something crucial about the BO.
A more realistic expectation could be that Conan realises something from Kid's method of disguise which points him towards Rum/ one of the three Rum candidates who is possibly in disguise

no. its kid. tge flirting, the unique smirk , the lack of detective knowledge , unique expressions and shock after culprit revelation. its definitely kid.

well read some of the spoiler pics on file 1059... on the last page when Conan revealed the culprit Kid who was disguised as Yusaku appeared a bit surprised... well Kid did notice some strange points from the crime scene and we know Kid certainly isn't stupid, so it may imply that Kid may have deducted the case a bit differently from Conan which was why he seemed a bit surprised when Conan revealed the culprit... it would be interesting to see how the case actually turns out.

It seems the break pattern we've had since the Karasuma reveal will keep going, and with Goshō's health how it is, I don't see that changing.

Specifically, in the three spoiler pics we've got, we have two of them showing Vermouth (her clothes imply she was the one watching Shinichi/Conan and Yukiko in 1,058, not Kid) striding up to Gin and Vodka in the Porsche, and Gin says, "You’re late, aren’t you..."

And in the other, we see both Shūichi with an earpiece and a smiling Yusaku looking at a dumbfounded Shinichi/Conan.

Her shirt has stripes—neither of the Yusakus did, so it seems she just changed outfits for the meeting with Gin and Vodka.

And recall Page 6 of File 1,058. These spoiler pics confirm that Vermouth was indeed that shadow figure.

Not to be pessimistic, but I sure hope the show will truly begin next case and not in 40 chapters


As for how the events seemingly transpired... eh... it's kinda stupid, honestly. Not the Vermouth pretending to be Kid pretending to be Yusaku, I can live with that, I guess. But Yusaku foreseeing the entire food poisoning plot and going along with it is just a weird story to tell. And Conan, the protagonist, ended up being excluded from a BO plot.
I hope the next BO thing will be a bit more thought out cause this ended up feeling rather random.
