well... . there's one spoiler pic that is slightly more interesting...Image
Wakita talking to Conan about Shogi and Amuro seemingly caught interest in Rumi's tail...
from source
https://www.reddit.com/r/OneTruthPrevai ... d/fyg0o45/
And here's the translation of that last page, courtesy of Spimer:

Wakita: "Like a piece of shogi or so..."
Conan: "Oh, really?"
Conan: "Is that so?"
Wakita: "Aren't you interested?"
Conan: "Not at all!"
Azusa: "Ah! Amuro-san!"
Azusa: "You're looking at that picture again!"
Azusa: "Is she your girlfriend?"
Amuro: "N-no..."
Azusa: "There's a lot of orders to carry out..."
Azusa: "So please resume your job!"
Amuro: "Yes!"
Side note: "Huh? And Kogorō? Next issue will have "Zero's Tea Time!"
Bottom note: To be continued in Double Issue #36-37
“Life is infinitely stranger than anything which the mind of man could invent. We would not dare to conceive the things which are really mere commonplaces of existence. If we could fly out of that window hand in hand, hover over this great city, gently remove the roofs, and and peep in at the queer things which are going on, the strange coincidences, the plannings, the cross-purposes, the wonderful chains of events, working through generations, and leading to the most outre results, it would make all fiction with its conventionalities and foreseen conclusions most stale and unprofitable.”
“Education never ends... it is a series of lessons, with the greatest for the last.”

Now this points to two interesting developments......

a) Wakita possibly has caught Conan glancing at the Kohji case site and made his observation regarding Kohji's palm's mark/bruise. Which wasn't taken into account till now (given Conan's assertion to be absolutely unmoved by it.) by the characters inside the Manga. The ones from BO who are not Rum/his special team won't be privy to this info. The person who other than Rum and Rumi should know this is Tsutomu. (Given Haneda senior gave him the case after NPA failed to break the deadlock. That means the materials would be profound in nature, thus Tsutomu would have ample materials to make the case about the shogi piece.)
Rum himself won't try pull this shit cause it is self defeating, Tsutomu on the other hand is very likely to pull this shit.

b) It was just a matter of when and not how. Amuro after getting the treatment had become suspicious of Rumi. But the main issue is the picture was taken during the visit and not during the return. So during the visit Amuro didn't have anything to suspect Rumi. So in a way it is most likely Conan's handiwork and he did send it to Amuro cause Amuro is now actively playing for their team.

How did you deduce that? is it because of the windows? They are not the farm house windows. those are windows of the bus they were travelling in. The picture might be taken while returning as well. Considering they returned by the bus.

https://snapshot.canon-asia.com/article ... mera-angle

If the photo is snapped by an adult sitting just around the two women, then their lower body would also have come. In the photo Rumi looks taller then Kobayashi, which proves that the lens was aimed at high angle and not at low angle.
Which proves that it was snapped by a kid and not by a sitting/standing adult.
The background and sitting arrangement is same, The time when Amuro came out during the initial confrontation he wasn't holding a phone. During the starting Amuro had no reason. But Conan had ample time, opportunity and privilege to pull this stunt without coming off as an oddball.

I agree with you Zero , that the picture may have been taken by a child , but when you say that Conan took that picture in secret , this to me is illogical because Kobayashi and Wakasa both look at the camera , I mean they are aware that there is a child photographing them .

But I have a question , why don't you assume that this is a selfie photo was shot by Kobayashi ??

``but when you say that Conan took that picture in secret``
Didn't say it just said
``Conan had ample time, opportunity and privilege to pull this stunt without coming off as an oddball.``
meaning Conan had time and opportunity (like snapping the pic and Rumi and Kobayashi just thinking Conan is a kid taking photos of his beloved teachers.)

Don't think it's a selfie cause Kobayashi is right handed and the angle is more aligned as someone snapping a pic with high angle, in selfie it is generally lower angle.

I think yes , Wakita knows about it .
Wakita is a subordinate to Gin or a subordinate to Rum , and has been sent to investigate Mori Kogoro's information about ( Rum , Haneda Koji case , and the death message that was left at the crime scene )

Interesting. So it seems that wakita is now being more direct in his approach with Conan, making him no longer the only rum suspect to have shown no interest in shinichi/Conan so far. This is a bold move on his part and an aggressive approach.

Honestly I'm glad that the translators are doing such a great job, because at this stage every word counts and must be analysed with regards to the rum suspects.

However this threw me for a loop. On the one hand we know that Run is "impatient" thanks to amuro, but would they be this direct and risk alarming shinichi if they indeed are aware of his identity? Rumi has yet to address Conan directly as wakita or kuroda have. Her mission seems to be more passive as if she is searching for an ally to solve this mystery.

That sounds like shinichi, doesn't it? :)

From this shogi piece scenario it is evident that, Wakita has nothing to loose even if Conan gets the mystery of the piece.

Meaning, if the shogi piece was something which Kohji clenched before dying then it's a dying message and it doesn't implicate the man playing Wakita, ergo Wakita is not Rum.
If it wasn't a dying message then Wakita is possibly trying to frame the person who has it. Which doesn't necessarily mean he is the real culprit, but yeah a somewhat ok strategy.
