Okay. Still, there is nothing to indicate that the Baijiu still works, especially since the antidote worked without Shinichi when first traveling to London (he caught a cold on the plane due to the AC, which could possibly explain why it worked in London two times, but he was fine before that).

Also, can't deny the fact that since gosho never implemented Paikaru again in his story it is pretty much likely that he either intended to bring antidote only .. or he simply forgot paikaru.. anyway this isn't the topic to talk about it ..

Haibara plainly states that the antidote was created from analyzing the alcohol so no he didn't and there's no need to debate about that (it's like saying Gosho was always planning to have Shinichi turn Conan without the APTX - even if he did that doesn't mean it would be possible in the DC verse where these characters can't use superpowers).

Kazami, Ayanokoji or Sanada(if Gosho doesn't treat the cameos as a "debut"). Leaning towards Kazami, since he is the only guy that doesn't need a special reason to get involved(just Rei), unlike Ayanokoji.

Silhuette guy is most likely irrelevant

Rei just need to have phone call with Kazami(for whatever reason), while Ayanokoji needs a special reason to get involved in Tokyo. I don't think that Gosho is gonna setup the Kyoto case in this current one(to the point that a Kyoto officer will get a involved).

My speculation regarding him is that he is a one-case-only guy that wanted that last plushy of Higo, but Haibara got it before him, so he has been trying to steal it from her backpocket, but then it accidentally got swapped with the dark-skinned boy's Sanada plushy(hence him waiting in lost and found for it to be returned). Since it seemed to only be sold online after that last plushy, that silhuette guy was probably in a hurry for some reason and couldn't wait for a delivery.
