No, "suspicious Ran" means that SHE is acting suspicious in the eyes of Conan and Kogoro, not that she suspects Conan.

Sorry, my mind went to far, so I misunderstood, Ya I understand now, since I already seen some spoiler pics, I guess I shouldn't have misunderstood, since it shows Ran being suspicious, My Bad !

I guess it might still be exciting to see what are the events that will led to Conan turning back to shinichi, could be jealousy only, we will see !
Conan has to get a antidote from haibara though, or is there going to be a new way to turn back other then beikaru drink, though I highly doupt that !

We shall wait and see
