But really, I didn't actually have anything to add to what has already been said during that phase. As I already said, I've been observing the thread to watch out for potential orders. Now that we know who the informant is, it seems the evil team wasn't able to communicate at all.

What are you lynching Moon for again? If I missed it, I'll read again when I'm not on my phone anymore. Who did you think was the detective at first and who is your next suspect if Moon isn't the spy, bash?

Right now, Moonraven. But it's mostly gut feeling and I wouldn't trust it that much.

1. I had no real opinion of the detective yet. I wanted to see the game progress a bit further but because of that I refrained from voting from my list.

As for the voting comment I made earlier. I had forgotten that everyphase in this game is a 'day phase' and thus we vote everyday. I blame it for not playing this for a long time and then having to mafia rounds just prior playing.

I didn't really think too much about who the Detective was. I was more focused on who the Informant could be. As I mentioned, aside from Moon, Kleene is on my suspect list.

The reason I suspect Moon is that she said the thing I quoted and asked about earlier, and also that she was very late to produce her list.

When a new game starts. Whether it is mafia or espionage. I take out a notebook onto which I will list the players and my own actions. In this case I also wrote down my list in which all the names are shortened. But when I wrote it out here just after waking up (did I mention I slept through the phase change?) I apparently forgot to write her name completely. Sorry not sorry.

For one he was on my list. Secound, his activity kinda made me think so? Don't know why, was just a feeling? Like commenting "fish comment was weird" or "I should look into the thread more" and such. (no direct citation)

I agree with bash and think Moon might be the spy. Because the list was posted very late and if Moon was not there for prep, maybe no order was given to jecka so jecka went "inactive" too? Just a guess here. So if no one thinks we should definitely vote someone else, I'll go with moon too. (sorry moon D:)


I looked at the lists again. And people that posted it were in this order with timestamp: bash (20:09), SA (20:11), Meme (20:12), nemomon (20:18), Yuri (20:34), Kamite (20:42), Kleene (21:44), Moon (7:04)

Well, being late can have various reasons and isn't what I'm trying to point out.
But let's assume that the spy doesn't know his informant (Jecka) was, since Jecka wasn't posting much. (tho that is not a given, the spy might have known who the informant was)
With the very first 3 Lists, you can already point out who the informant is. So bash's, SA's and meme's Lists and those were also posted fast and with only 1-2 minutes apart. So we can assume bash, SA and Meme are most likely NOT the spy. (tho they could play risky and still make up a list with the people they think is their informant)

So everyone after those can be the spy even tho they posted a list: Nemomon, Yuri, Kamite, Kleene, Moon.
Nemomon would have around 6 minutes to figure out the informant since Meme posted her list. But if he camped the thread and looked at it since bash posted his, he would have around 9 minutes. So 6-9 Minutes to come up with the List if Nemomon is the spy. Not too much time, but definitely enough. Especially if he's the spy, he might have looked at the thread as soon as possible.
Everyone after that had more than enough time to make up a list.

Another thing I noticed is, that when you copy the list directly from the manager, you don't copy the 1. ... 2. ... 3. ... and so on with you, just the plain names.
So, the ones that have something before their lists are: SA (1., 2., 3.), Nemomon (1., 2., 3.) and MoonRaven (has - before the names). Of course, you could add those with your hand because you like formatting for example. But it could also be an "error" from the spy, thinking that's how the list would look like. MoonRaven already said that the list was written manually and not copied. But why not copy it from the manager? (on mobile?)
Anyway, that's also a suspicious aspect imo.

So based on the list timing and the list formatting my suspects are:
1. MoonRaven (main suspect)
2. Nemomon
other: Yuri, Kamite, SA
(why SA? I think SA could play risky and try to post a list early to not be suspected if they are the spy XD (also because of the formatting) Tho SA is way down on the suspect list )

I'm not sure if it applies to Espionage, but in Mafia there is a rule which says you are not allowed to directly quote the game master. In order to comply with that, I didn't copy and paste my list directly from the Manager, but rather typed all the names in manually instead.

Less seven hours remaining now. Who are you guys going to vote? We need to ensure there'll be no tie. Don't wait to tell us until only a few minutes remain.

That just means that I was stalking this topic just a little less frequently than SA, Bash and Meme .

Not likely, because both Meme and Bash wrote their lists without formatting (and SA generally formatted well his entire message), so the Spy could figure out that the list in the Manager isn't formatted. And yeah, a list without numbers or at least discs looks odd to me so I had to add them.

This round I'm voting for Moomie. If she's not a spy then I will think tomorrow who might be.

Ah, and take into account that I didn't post just my list, but I also wrote some sentences along with it, and writing something also takes some minutes.

It's not necessarily a matter of time, Nemo, but rather about information. The Spy has to create a fake list in this situation and has to make sure the Detective and the Informant are on it. All the other names don't matter all that much. Knowing who the Detective is is easy, but depending on Orders and stuff, the Spy might not have known who the Informant is. In that case it would make sense to assume that the Spy would wait for some lists to figure that out, in order to be able to create a believable list.

While Jecka's inactivity makes it hard for the Spy to learn the Informant's identity, it can provide clues. It is quite possible that many non-Informants behaved in a way that directly contradicted the Order, so the Spy would at least know it's not them. Maybe the Spy was actually narrow it down a lot this way.

Doesn't really matter if Meme's post wasn't there when you started writing your post, since once you hit send, you get a warning with Meme's post and see her post, and you can edit your own post then.
