As far as the 'options' you mention are concerned, I'm not entirely sure what you refer to, but here's what happened in a few games before. Players wanted to prevent accidentally lynching Civilians when everyone voted randomly. Of course, throughout the first couple of phases there isn't that much information to go on, but the problem is we are not allowed to abstain. If we forget to send in a vote, we'll vote ourself.

What we did was we came up with a system to try to ensure the votes would return a tie. That is the only way no one would be lynched. So we'd get three players to vote X and three players to vote Y and make sure no other player receives more than three votes.

Personally, I'm not convinced that such a system is a good idea. The Spy will still be able to kill one of us every phase, and I'm doubtful we'd be able to gather much information with such a system in the long run. However, I would be open to it for Day 1 only.

I agree. So long as the Spy can kill they can off a Civilian each night whilst Town doesn't get the chance to kill a Spy/Informant because they're no lynching. But if Town tries to vote then at least we can control the lynch and get more chances of mislynching before it gets too dangerous for us. Also, if we aim to have the votes tie there are so many things that can go wrong. People can forget to send their actions, the Spy/Informant could mess with things, a player could try to take things into their own hands by messing with the voting. None of those options particularly yield any useful information in terms of who's suspicious because it's just as (if not more) likely for a Civilian to mess things up (intentionally or not) as it is the Spy or the Informant.

Guys, you shouldn't reveal too much - or anything, really, at this point - about who is and isn't on your list. We don't want to help the Spy find the Detective!

So, on one hand, Yuri and Nemo giving info from their lists looks good for them. Nemo especially, as if Yuri was the Spy/Informant she could say that the Informant/Spy wasn't on her list as she'd know they weren't the Detective. (Though given she said she wouldn't be voting those on her list as a present tense thing she'll be narrowing down a player a day for the Spy/Informant, which is kinda bad, but leans more Town). But we're narrowing down stuff in terms of the Detective for the Spy/Informant by giving away list information so soon which we don't want because it means that we're leading them to the Detective. So, guys, other than the Moon info (which is out there now, nothing to be done about it), please do as bash and I say, and *do not* reveal any people who are/n't on your list. We don't want to narrow down things further.

Hmm. Henry's defense is so straightforward it feels like it can't be false :x But I really don't see a point in trying to get a tie or anything, and it's not like I have any better ideas for a target. What's been said so far doesn't really lead me to suspect any of you.

Out of all all the players, Kamite, Jecka, and 10221 have said nothing during this phase. In fact, while Kamite said something during Prep, Jecka and 10221 have said nothing all game. Especially, when it comes to shinichi'sapprentice, I am quite surprised. You can offer some input, even if it's just who you intend to vote today. And, of course, who you will kill.

So far, I'm not entirely sure who to vote, but I don't think I'll jump on the Henry bandwagon.
