@Wheel Of Fate: you needn't apologize for multiple posts on one day, you're contributing to the community with the AC hints and Sherry's Soliloquy

You can make two separete posts for AC and SS to avoid mixing them up

Sherry's Soliloquy, File 978
Spoiler:
"Somosan seppa!" --> Apparently, a quiz program done on Japanese TV

The name seems to be based on a Chinese expression which challenges someone to see if they are to answer a difficult question and the person who has to answer affirms they will be able to

It might have something to do with the "Ikkyuu - san" role Conan is playing
"I shall revive again, again AND AGAIN!"

First one is supposed to be “grab” rather than “grad” I presume? Maybe something to do with baseball? No idea.

Edit: About the AC stuff.

^I think your translation is wrong. I think Gōshō is saying that someone from the organization of the event told him before it that the audience probably doesn’t know about manga and might make some “strict comments”, but Gōshō says there was no problem and it was no different from “let’s talk day”.

You make a point. Looking at it again he's saying that, yeah. I'll fix it. Thanks for the tip!

What do they mean by "strict comments"?
Since some might not be fans, are we talking about formal questions/comments, rather than fan-like?

It's more like that one of the hosts/staff was being very strict about taking into account some of the public might not be manga fans and maybe the tone of some replies might offend someone.

Well, guess they were playing it safe by saying "we did warn him": event hosts and all tend to be careful not to receive critics for not properly handling these conferences and all.

Ah, I see... so they were most likely trying to look out for themselves :P

Translation pf Sherry's Soliloquy (file 979)
Spoiler:
"It looks pretty good on me - ttebayo!"

"Ttebayo" seems to be an expression used by a Naruto character

For anyone interested, I did a quick google search and found this, dunno how accurate it is, since I don't follow Naruto, but it sounds convincing.
Some basics first.
Consider the sentence: "I am Naruto"
The polite Japanese translation is: "Watashi wa Naruto desu".
The plain/conversational form is: "Watashi (wa) Naruto da".
Here the "wa" particle, which marks the subject of the sentence, Watashi here, can be dropped (but not always).
Moreover "desu" is shortened to "da".

Now, Naruto has a verbal tic (inherited from his mother) wherein he adds a "tebayo" which roughly translates to "you know". AFAIK there is no proper equivalent. People in general have such tic's; "like", "so" etc are some examples.

Also note that in Japanese, "yo" is a word which is used to indicate that the listener may not be knowing about something that the speaker is saying. I am not certain of the "teba" part. You might be interested to know that Naruto's mom Kushina also has a verbal tic. In her case she adds a "tebane" instead of a "tebayo". The "ne" gives a sense of "like this/that" (someone can correct this interpretation).

Wrapping it all up: "Watashi (wa) Naruto dattebayo" would effectively mean "I am Naruto, you know" or "I am Naruto, believe it".

Haibara tried to draw a hiragana あ on her own face with a mirror, but it came out all swirly.

The first chapter of Naruto features him drawing all sorts of things on the faces carved into the mountains.
