Has it ever been confirmed shukichi was 28? If the age is speculation he could be 26. So in this hed be a 16 year old boy.

The full chapter is already out, just not in english. the Raw and the chinese translation got out a day or so ago.
to be honest, there really is no context, he just gets his memory triggered when seeing Masumi's swimsuit

Most likely, we'll have to wait until 972 (presuming this case ends at 971) until it's revealed who this character is—I can't see Gosho drawing him (or Shuichi, Masumi and Mary) less ambiguously in 970 or 971 (maybe the last page of 971, maybe).

I believe we are getting closer to how Masumi and the rest knows each other. I bet that a crime happened 10 years ago and it might be similiar to this current case.

Most likely, this case is the Rum arc equivalent of the Chinatown Déjà Vu Case (347–349/284–285), and the next case is the Rum arc equivalent of the Golden Apple Case (350–354/286–288)—the way this current case is going, I just can't see how next case won't be an immediate follow-up, and I can't see that follow-up not being the flashback where Shinichi, Ran and the Akais meet.

As I said, full chapter. Because I know nada of Chinese or Japanese to use in internet, I can't really navigate those sites. And at least I didn't notice a link to the full chapter in Cbox. So yeah, I'm waiting for the full translated chapter.

EDIT: Ah, imagur link is there now. I still stand by my opinion that I rather read the English scanlation that the translation posted here.

well, i hope that Gosho reveal some of the mystery in every chapter in this case like how he did exactly in asaka case when he revealed about the causes of scotch's death (954-957)

yes, I think the case that revealed the memory of how Sera met Shinichi and Ran will appear in next chapter as the flashback case. But I don't really sure this case now has a similarity with the past one.

左右の手がダイイングメッセージだとすると、
死に際の咄嗟に考えたものだから、小難しい解読は不要のはず。
そう考えると、犯人は南部だと思う。
左手が指していたのは、方向ではなく方角（南⇒南部）
右手の親指の口紅も、南部の社員プレートの指紋を示唆している（事件時、プレートが確認できませんがｗ）
これはちょっと考えすぎかもですが、
ネイルのデザインは星々⇒STARS
親指は第１指とも言うので、
STARSの最初の文字、「S」を示しているとか（S⇒南⇒南部）
それか、試着室の中に店のロゴ「SIMUSA」があり、
SIMUSAの最初の文字、これも「S」を示す。
親指⇒第１指は医療用語なので、
知らずに親指＝５番目の指と捉えても、どちらも５番目も「S」になり答えは変わらない。
恐らく園子の見たフロアMAPなどに方位を示すマークがどこかにあるのかな。
動機は分からないけど、犬アレルギーが関わっている気がします。
蜂程ではないけど、犬アレルギーでもアナフィラキシーショック死はあるので、
指原が原因で、南部の近しい人がアレルギーショックで亡くなったとか？

Speaking of missing things, the shoulder bag of the thin woman is not shown after the discovery of the victim. Maybe she left it inside her dressing room or maybe it is involved with the crime or murder trick.
