... why all the Eisuke hate? I just don't see why. He's one of the least cookie cutter characters in the entire series (and even across a good deal of asian comics in general) and one of the few guys who isn't an oversmart detective or total dunce who has to be handheld through everything.
Also, let's face it, Akai's character is set up in such a way that makes it totally plausible for him to die. They are certain character types that rank higher on the likely to be reaped rubric, and Akai has many of the traits. (TVtropes)

Yes! Even though my favorite character is Akai, to me he just seems like one of these characters that won't have a happy ending while alive, and I think his 'real' death could work as a motivation for Conan in the final confrontation with the BO, That's where I imagine Akai might die.
Isn't killing the dude who faked his death a bit of an overdoing? I mean, we got his companions mourning over his death already, so repeating the same character beats would just not be effective the second time. Plus, he has his romance option with Jodie going on, and I don't see any character "in love" dying. (Which is why Amuro should get it going with Azusa soon if he wants to survive the end).

Agreed. I was thinking the same thing.
Chek, that may be fine to you, but I personally don't find the character appealing, that's all. I also don't like the fact that he's a love rival, my only relief that nothing will most likely come of it.

Q2: Wich horn is the hardest between a rhino horn and Ran's horn?
A: What?
Q7: Have you already thought about drawing a fight between Heiji and Kaito?
A: Hm... Should I do it or not...?
Q9: Will there really be more than 100 volumes? Thinking that I'm going to wait many years to read the end of the story makes me sad...
A: I think I can do more than 100 volumes, there's still room for the story.
Q10: The drawing of Conan and Shinichi sitting on the chair for the 20th anniversary of the manga is really cool. What was your inspiration for this drawing?
A: A drawing I had already drawn before where Conan was sitting on a char, and I just added Shinichi.
Q11: In volume 42, Conan receives a message where a "Ok" with a heart is written. Don't tell me that was Heiji?!
A: It was him, sorry (laugh)
Q12: I'm really amazed by something... How do you manage to draw a manga with so many sub-plots?
A: Well... (laugh)
Q13: What do you really take care of when you create a character?
A: I don't want him to look like a character I've created in the past.
(note: Erm. Kaito/Shinichi, Sayaka/Aoko/Ran, Yaiba/Conan...)
Q14: I want to see a kiss between Conan and Ran in the manga!
A: What?? Not Shinichi?!
Q15 has already been translated, but Gosho doesn't just say "laugh", but "big laugh".
Q16: What kind of feeling Conan has for Haibara? Is it trust?
A: I think he has total trust in her.

I think it's a bit more...trueful that way.

F you Gosho :V
There's plenty of room for a story. Too bad Gosho doesn't utilize that room for that.

I agree. Although the whole in-love with Jodie is not only far-fetched but will also make the story ridiculous.
Can Conan/Shinichi ever win without Akai even? It seemed to me that them joining force is the only way to bring the BO down. But anyway... Based on this logic, Kir has no hopes, the poor woman.
Since the Detective Conan global community seems more or less like a hive mind (we more or less reach the same theories and general ideas spread around pretty easily), the only way to get fans to ask new type of questions is to spread around questions they'd want to ask.
For example, remember how Gosho eventually started to mumble regarding some sort of reason why Gin thought of Sherry naked? Well, maybe we should get Gosho to try and explain this as well:
Spoiler:
What sort of relationship between Bourbon and Vermouth does this imply? :V
I think Eisuke is very weird. But a very good character too. Especially development wise.
I dont want Eisuke to be killed over Akai. Akai is one of the more annoying characters to me. He is too overpowerful. And save/takes over everyone elses ability to be useful. But everybody gets all soppy about him. I dont really care bout Akai.
As him being Kir's brother. And he sussed out Conan's situation himself. So i can see the plot getting intresting quick with his introduction s**n.
Also about Akia and Jodie's relationship. Did Akia really love Akemi? And he put his relationship on hold with Jodie while he was undercover in the BO?

Again, I agree. Some of the questions are pretty much useless.
As for your spoiler comment, this is one of the things on my top 10 most pressing questions...
Q46: Mitsuhiko's pretty bright. Is it because he used to be a third-year middle schooler and was shrunk by the BO?
A: Nope! (laughs)
Q49: How much does Takagi know of Conan being Shinichi? Or rather, what does he think of Conan?
A: Well, he thinks that Conan is incredibly smart, but hasn't noticed anything else about him.
Q57: Is it possible that Gin is actually a good guy?
A: Impossible! (laughs loudly)
Q61: Araide-sensei hasn't made an appearance! Please let him appear!
A: Ah! I completely forgot! Sorry (laughs)
Q72: Before Akai came to Japan in Volume 29, did he investigate or solve any cases as an FBI agent in America? I'm curious about what happened during the two years Akai was in America after he left the BO.
A: He investigated normal cases and also cases involving the BO. As for why/how Akai became an FBI agent, I can't tell you right now. (laughs)
Q78: To have the real Okiya Subaru make an appearance, without it being Akai or Yuusaku in disguise ... Would that be possible?
A: I don't think it is.
So Araide also became a victim of Gosho's forgetfulness. Does this mean Araide might have an appearance again in the future now that Gosho was reminded? Who knows...
Also, Q78 seems to more or less shut down the "there's a real Okiya" theory. Good, I'm glad this theory isn't going to come to pass.
That's what I was thinking! I wondered if he was ever going to put that "Araide's personal BO investigation" into action. If he does return, however, It may just be another quick cameo.
I was thinking the same thing. It's simply a disguise.
