I like that they keep my feet warm, but when I made that comment I was wearing slippers because the floor is cold (it's autumn here and starting to cool off) and I didn't feel like digging for socks in the dark. Archi was still asleep and I didn't want to wake him. It was early enough at that point that there wasn't enough sun coming in to see by.

Perhaps. Except that right at the moment I'd have to use headphones to listen to music (or go to my bedroom, which I'd rather not because the place is a disaster area).
