^Stuff like that just keeps on happening. Why do people keep on thinking I'm much younger than I am? Is it how I act? My appearance? I mean, I know I don't wear make-up like over half my year, but still this is getting kinda frustrating by now

.
I wish I could tell you why it happens/how to make it stop, but I haven't figured that out yet. I can, however, tell you that you're not alone. I get mistaken for a high school student (roughly 14-18 years old) if I go someplace by myself. I graduated high school in '01.
Of course, I've been getting mistaken for a lot younger than I am since I was about 17 or so, and got mistaken for 13.
You know it's bad when you get mistaken for your boyfriend's or roommate's
daughter. Admittedly I was a bit curled up (upset because I'd messed something up and caused the whole building's smoke detector to go off, summoning the fire department) and my face was hidden, but at 23 surely I at least looked like a teen, right? No way Archi (then 25) looks old enough to have a teenage child! And Tansy (the other roommate who was there at the time the fireman made the mistake) is a year younger than I am!
Then again, I've been repeatedly mistaken for one or another younger brothers' twin or younger sister, and at least one of my friends keeps forgetting that I'm older than him. I have two or three years on that particular friend....
OMM: back is mad at me for doing the laundry. Money is even tighter again because of issues with getting the car inspected and various repairs that are apparently necessary (except most of them aren't actually). The suspension in the car has been shot for years. Why is it suddenly a problem that makes the car fail inspection?
Also I've been out of work for 3 years now, and haven't been able to find a way to make money online. ~_~* I was going to make crafted things to sell, but the sewing machine went wonky on me right before xmas...
I have finally started to actually publish my story! For the moment, expect a new chapter each month.
The Case of the Midnight Channel
"When a strange letter summons the Mouri family to Inaba, Ran is expecting a case. She's not expecting it to involve the TV, though.
If Naoto investigated everyone who came to visit Inaba, she'd have little time for real cases. When Yukiko reports that the Midnight Channel is back, however, she starts to wonder if the visitors are connected. Especially when the image clears, unveiling yet another mystery."
Short version: I'm taking various DC/MK characters to Inaba (where Persona 4 takes place) and dropping them through the TV to face their Shadows!
