What's on your mind?

ARGH! Getting killed by a UM that's too strong is one thing. Even getting killed by a regular monster 'cause it's too strong or I did something stupid is reasonable. Getting killed because the monster knocked my off a ledge is something completely else!!!

Especially since I'm afraid of heights in videogames....
I have finally started to actually publish my story! For the moment, expect a new chapter each month.

The Case of the Midnight Channel
"When a strange letter summons the Mouri family to Inaba, Ran is expecting a case. She's not expecting it to involve the TV, though.
If Naoto investigated everyone who came to visit Inaba, she'd have little time for real cases. When Yukiko reports that the Midnight Channel is back, however, she starts to wonder if the visitors are connected. Especially when the image clears, unveiling yet another mystery."

Short version: I'm taking various DC/MK characters to Inaba (where Persona 4 takes place) and dropping them through the TV to face their Shadows!

I'm trying to make a friend's girlfriend understand that no, I do not want to record myself saying "happy birthday, Lucas" and then send it to her, firstly because this is so awkward, and secondly because said boyfriend hasn't really been a good friend lately (it has nothing to do with her, he's some sort of Hakuba), I tried to tell her no, but she does not understand...
I don't want to break her heart, how am I going to get out of this one... xD

That's the first time I've seen a real life person described as someone whose motivations change in the anime adaptation (this is clearly what you mean I'm sure).

*note to self* If I am going to read a book that is later adapted to a movie read the book first otherwise you are going to cry when you realized that person you are reading about its going to be killed soon and do not want to read knowing that is going to happen *reading Battle Royale*

It appears I killed the battery on a broken electric scale in attempts to get it tell me my actual weight. (It was so off, I thought it had changed to measuring in kilograms somehow! But it wasn't. :|)

Ok, I give up on figuring out why I haven't managed to completely open the map in Tephra Cave. I have a quest or two that needs turning in, I will take a break from the cave and see if there are more quests, and then come back to level-grinding here.

From what I remember of the movie, very few of them survive...

I might wake up early and go running. I also might wake up and win the lottery. The odds are about the same.

So, I have a two hour gap between my morning and afternoon classes. Love how that worked out :P
Also, my Sociology teacher uses Comic Sans for pretty much everything :-X

I have about that much time between my classes on TTh... presuming I actually have to stay for lab. ^^;

MW, though, there's so much time between classes I practically live in the Engineering building. :-X

Which is rather the point of The Game :P

The movie skims a vast amount of stuff to fit in under two hours, though. The most detailed (viscerally and emotionally) iteration is actually the manga. It's powerful stuff.

OMM: I just saw The Impossible with some coworkers, so I can't really do anything but cry right now. And vaguely wonder how epic Tom Holland's going to be in the future, because he's already a far more spectacular actor than most adults in the business.
