Worked a 10.5 hour shift today. Sooooo exhausted, and not even finished with what I needed to be finished with today because the boss wanted to leave (don't blame him, he was there way before I was this morning). Have been working on that thing since Monday, stayed an hour late both Monday and Tuesday, so..... around 23 hours total on this stupid thing so far. Just want to be done with it already. Hopefully it'll only take me 2-3 more hours tomorrow and I can work on the other stuff that's piling up.

It is much fun!! Today was my first time playing since July. ~_~* I have more hours logged and am higher level than Archi, but he's a lot farther in the storyline (as in he's beaten the game and I have not). Why? I like to putz around and make sure I get all the sidequests and chase down collectables and so on and so forth.... I did do some main-storyline stuff today, though. Mostly because I can't get much done without completing the section I completed today. ~_~* I did, however, manage to get myself quite thoroughly lost in a section I wasn't supposed to be in while I was sort-of working on story progress.

It takes quite some time to do everything, I managed to do it I think (except maxing out every characters skill branch) But the game is awesome so I didn't mind spending loads of hours doing sidequests and collecting stuff

OMM: Only half a workday left until four (almost five) days off!! Yeeeeeiy! And I'm going to visit my awesome sister - yeiy again!

Ended up taking another 3 hours and 15 minutes today, so right around what I was expecting.

More than an entire day spent on that dumb thing and it's finally finished!!

Sitting here watching the X-Men movies 'cause I found a boxset for a fiver at CEX and why the hell not, I haven't seen these since I was about fifteen and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine is always awesome.

Suddenly I'm noticing all this subtext that I totally didn't notice before. "Bobby... have you tried not being a mutant?"

Mrrr..... headache isn't fun. And I can't figure out how to make it hurt less. I don't think the noisy dryer is helping......

On the other hand.... Xenoblade!! Completed a piece of story and sat through LOTS of cutscenes, now trying to see what I can do without going to the next area yet.... except I know I need things from the next area....

Level-building is a good idea.... Need a few more levels before I do much in Eryth Sea again. ~_~* And then build up more so I can face the new section of Tephra Cave and get more 5th skill trees unlocked....

A conversation that happens about five times a day at the whisky shop:

Customer: "What's the best whisky you got?"
Me: "Well, it depends sir, what's your preferred type of whisky?"
Customer: "I want the best."
Me: "Something fruity? Smoky? Peaty? Weak or rich?"
Customer: "I SAID I want the best! Just tell me which one's the best!"
Me: "...well sir, I think that would have to be our special Jubilee bottle, very reasonable at £8000..."
Customer: "...what's the best you got for forty bucks?"

tl;dr whisky is very subjective and if you won't listen to me telling you that and refuse to tell me what you want, I am going to point you towards the most expensive thing I can find.
