Made myself a custom Arkham City GotY cover, because the original looks like ass with the all advertisements on it.  Now I just need some high gloss paper.  Guess I'll stop at Office Depot tomorrow when I go to AC Moore.

Issue:  Commi needs new jeans.
Solution:  Commi's place of work sells jeans - and they're pretty cheap.
Issue:  Commi feels awkward shopping at her place of work.
Solution:  Get over it, they're really cheap!

If I can get a pair of jeans that fit for $12.99, I can get over feeling awkward about it.

Not only cheap, but I assume you get an additional employee discount!  If you don't use it, you're wasting that perk!

Because the box art really is exceptionally awful.

the box art is the biggest attention whore I've seen in a while. Considering I'm on the internet frequently, that's saying quite a bit.

Yeah but I honestly don't care about game box arts, so I wouldnt put the effort into making a new one.  I am a pretty heavy collector too, but game collecting has never been a big thing for me, I just pop in the cds so the cases don't really strike me

It's a sale price, so no additional discount, but that's a fantastic price anyway!

Ginrei: I don't have the money to shop at my work.  I've bought only a handful of things there in four-and-a-half years, one of which was a coat (I got it around $50 off) because I was constantly freezing in the ones I had.  I don't use my discount very much at all, but I might if I weren't a broke college kid.

I would like to point you to Bioshock: Infinite, which has this boxart:

which is, objectively, really not that bad, and the developers mentioned they made the boxart to advertise to people who may not otherwise buy the game (kinda what boxart was originally meant for). But then the hardcore fans who would have bought it regardless threw such a fit that now the devs are using a reversible cover with votes on what people want to see as the second cover.

tldr: People really care about boxart, apparently.

That one isn't too bad.  However, I draw the line at a single piece of advertisement or review on a front cover.  Put all you want on the back, but I don't want to see five reviews/scores/ads on the front cover.

Django Unchained is amazing!  It has all of Quentin Tarantino's messed up sense of humor in it.  And violence.  Lots of violence.  Go see it now!
