What's on your mind?

If you have some randomness to share that you can't post elsewhere, this is the place to do it.

Second.  First is free speech and all that jazz.

That being said, the purpose was that when it was written, we were occupied by the British, and commonfolk took up arms and formed militia.
At the time, they actually did need armaments for basic protection. Now? Apparently it's just too ingrained in our society that "Gots ta have are Gunz!" to get it changed. Also no one really wants to mess with the Bill of Rights (the first Ten Amendments).
~_~* Manga-san, PLEASE double-check your references when arguing for/against specific aspects of a country's laws. The Amendments are generally VERY distinct (especially the first 10) and you will drive informed citizens of the country up the wall. (Am not mad, but rather frustrated. ~_~* I am a big supporter of the First Amendment.)
I have finally started to actually publish my story! For the moment, expect a new chapter each month.

The Case of the Midnight Channel
"When a strange letter summons the Mouri family to Inaba, Ran is expecting a case. She's not expecting it to involve the TV, though.
If Naoto investigated everyone who came to visit Inaba, she'd have little time for real cases. When Yukiko reports that the Midnight Channel is back, however, she starts to wonder if the visitors are connected. Especially when the image clears, unveiling yet another mystery."

Short version: I'm taking various DC/MK characters to Inaba (where Persona 4 takes place) and dropping them through the TV to face their Shadows!

To be fair, that wasn't international and the side that wanted revolution lost. All that really established was the end of slavery and that states are not permitted to leave the union.

It was also the last time we had any major battles on US soil. Pearl Harbor wasn't so much a battle as an attack without much available means to strike back at the time....

@Stop: I do have some issues with you, you are far too mature and smart for your age. It confuses me >:(

Nah, just kidding, you are completely awesome as far as I know.

I like how every other department gets extra help but the front end gets screwed over every. single. time.  Why take away two Customer Service people and make them help clothing/hunting, while CS still has mounds of paperwork/customers/end of night stuff to do?  It's just not right...

I was actually wondering whether 150 might be more accurate, but as miaka said, that revolution was lost and had no lasting influence (i.e. there weren't reforms or revolutions later that took up the Confederates' ideas). And I was obviously talking about successful or influential events, not ones that had no effect ::)
Not to mention it was a conservative revolution to begin with :P
If  ;), :D, ;D, ::), :P, :-X, :o or >:D are attached, that paragraph may not be 100% serious. Seriously.

My brother randomly started humming the Powerpuff Girls theme for some reason... albeit, with his usual off-key singing. ::)

EDIT: Haha, that sandwich shop's giving out free samples again... ^^;
