North Pole kain, he lives in the North Pole.....and as far as I know that isn't in Scandinavia

I've only seen this in Hetalia and a web comic, so I might be wrong, but I think the Scandinavian countries all argue that Santa lives somewhere in their country, rather than the North Pole.

I've variously heard that he lives in Lapland, Iceland, the North Pole, Sweden, Norway, Canada, The Hearts Of All Good People At Christmastime, and the Gyle shopping centre. I don't really care so long as I get my presents.
