to be fair Gorge lucas was not doing very good job at keeping it. I mean just this year he re-leased phamtom manace in 3-d just so that he can make more money... I hope this means end of 3-d starwars movie...

2 and 3 were decent at best. And I've refused to watch 4 because that movie never should have existed.

4 was far better than 2 and 3.

I might be weird, but I'd actually like to see more 3D Star Wars. I like 3D when it's well done, like in the rerelease of The Lion King, or Toy Story 3, or The Avengers. If it was done well, I think a 3D trench run would just about make my life.

3D doesn't hurt my eyes, but for the most part all it accomplishes is pulling me out of the movie, because the 3D effect is really noticeable, and whenever I take note of it I'm like "hey that's some neat 3D, oh right this is a movie".

not to say that I'm some crazyperson who literally forgets that I'm watching a movie, but it still ruins the immersion a lot of the time
