4) Since cats use say 35% of their mind, they have unbelievable mind power. So while they can not do number 1 directly, by using mind power they can talk(mind to mind), grab (well they can not hold something, but they can use it like a ghost would [no body] but things stilled being used)

Think old Disney film Cat from Outer Space only in this case, no collar needed and Do not get tired using it. It is sorta like people walking, they can do it for a very long time with stopping.
