I had a hard time choosing between second degree burns on my back and left arm or a broken ankle that resulted in me getting a metal plate and five screws implanted in my right Fibia. I went with the the broken ankle.

health problems have been more 'internal.' of the listed, the worst i can think of is a sprained ankle ages ago.

Left arm. I got a fractured forearm, both bones. I got into an accident while using my mountain bike. Fortunately, it wasn't an open fracture. :x
