HIGNFY or The News Quiz if I'm particularly bored/happen to tune into the right station at the right time. Newspapers are usually be there to be made fun of. Erm... I guess I catch some stuff on the *actual* news, but not unless I'm previously interested. In most cases, I find out news from overhearing people discussing stuff and looking it up myself (google <3) or from passing by a TV/radio at a lucky time

That depends on what news. It's usually location-relevant. Like anime/world news/random oddities are usually here. Those with a heavier political/economic aspect are usually online. The ones with impact on the community are usually by friends.
