So...I'm not entirely sure that all of the above are supposed to be popular...but I still put them due to the fact that I'm at least familiar with them.
That said, I have no clue which Marvel superheroines are supposed to be popular, so it'd be nice if someone can give me some insight about that so I can add some Marvel options (though don't include X-men females or of any other "ensemble" based superheroines)

If it's the hot teenage version that we see in Teen titans, then Raven for sure. I'd love to see that movie.

I like quite a few of those choices... but only when they have specific other characters to play off of. Nightwing for Starfire, Batman for Zatanna, any funny-man for Raven (obvious Beast Boy plug is obvious). Ya know what, screw it. Give me a Titans movie. I wanted to say Teen Titans, but then they may use Robin instead of Nightwing.

There aren't that many.

Alternate future Spider-Girl
Black Cat
Black Widow (even though she was in Avengers, she isn't only an Avenger like X-Women or Invisible Woman, she could pull off an interesting noir/espionage film)
Ms Marvel (aka Carol Danvers)
She-Hulk (she's a lawyer, even when green! It could be a comedy, like when Spidey was called to the stand to testify against JJJ and proclaimed that he was hated because he was black)
Elektra (...though they tried that and failed)
Firestar
Ronin/Echo
Silver Sable
Spider-Woman (not actually related to Spider-Man in any way, shape, or form)

While on some levels I suppose the most logical choice would be Wonder Woman, I don't think I'd go to watch that movie. Mainly because I don't find her character interesting at all (that said, I'm only familiar with her character from the JL animated series and Linkara's reviews).
The one I find the most interesting is Raven.......mainly because of her character in the Teen Titans animated series.
