is anybody familiar with yesasia.com? (If it's a legit site and so on).
Also, does anybody know what you get with this: http://www.yesasia.com/global/detective ... /info.html
it says that it is a special edition, but I'm not sure what that "Special" is.

They are definitely legit, don't worry. Also, the special edition of Volume 75 comes with a little Conan soccer figure.

I can concur, they're legit.  I've bought from them before.  I forget what, exactly, but I know at least I bought the PS3 version of Tales of Vesperia from them.

Also, for the Conan figure, there's 2 versions.  A Tokyo Spirits and a Big Osaka version.

The volume 75 special edition always comes with the Tokyo Spirits one :



For the Big Osaka one, if you want it, you'll have to order a special volume of DC which is basically a compilation of all the cases related to soccer. Not sure if it's available on yesasia though.
