I can't think of any characters I really hate outside of terrible anime or one appearance character.

Honestly if I made a top 10 list it would mostly consist of one appearance characters that ruin movies based off of long running anime. Maybe Naruto and Sasuke and even then I only hate the characters sometimes.

However, just pretend my top 10 list just consists of random characters from Inuyasha and Evangelion or something.

(1) The Bomber (Hunter x Hunter Greed Island OVA)
- the anime character I hated the most
(2) Inspector Lunge (Monster) - but only for most part of Monster
(3) Hidan of Akatsuki (Naruto Shippuuden) - a very noisy bastard

Hikaru and Kaoru (Ouran High School Host Club) - I HATE them. D:<
Saburo (Keroro Gunsou) Interferes with GiroNatsu
Tamama (Keroro Gunsou) Just hate him! Not to mention he's gay...
Seto Kaiba (Yu-Gi-Oh) For the same reason as with Hakuba, only it's Jounouchi that's the victim.
Akito (Fruits Basket) Arrgh...he's just as terrible as Medusa!
Medusa (Soul Eater) A complete jerk! I mean, she's so mean and evil and...arrgh I hate her! Even if she does look adorable when she isn't acting like a complete psycho!
Hiiragi (Onegai My Melody) Dude, this guy's a total jerk...who wouldn't hate him?
Jun (Onegai My Melody) Interferes with my preferred pairing...and I just don't like him.

It appears I hate normally popular characters...or at least the first five.
