I've always thought she knew but she never wanted to believe it until he decides to tells her, or something like that.

I don't know who said it but props to whoever suggested that she subconsciously knows but is in severe denial. That would be genius if it actually ends up true.

It's been hinted that Ran might actually know Conan is Shinichi. IIRC Yukiko said she didn't think Ran had been fooled, and Ran often keeps making certain comments that make it seem like she's well aware.

But it might be an idea that she has in the backburner because

a) she can't prove it at all
b) there's evidence to the contrary (fabricated, but she has no way to know that)
c) it's a rather insane idea to think, anyway
d) she has lots of more stuff in her life to think about.
