wow those last 2 episodes have been amazing.  Hyouka is really good, a lot of solid character development

I still think Oreki overreacted a bit too much there. He was right at getting angry, but it was a bit too much. So what that she manipulated you? It's just an random mystery, dude(and you can always say NO). At least we can see Oreki slowly breaking out of his shell of apathy. He was curious just like Chitanda about the mystery.

Must have spent a lot energy getting mad at the Empress, huh?

Anyway, Hyou-ka is the best anime on Sundays right not, and it's not likely to change now that we are getting to the Summer Season. Best shows this  following season are spread out between Thursday and Saturday.

It's a lot better than the 1st ED, that's for sure.  The first ED didn't even make sense..what the heck are they supposed to be dressed as?

The second ending is goofy and funny, and the songs decent.  No new OP yet though

I watched Hyouka episodes 11.5 and 12.  11.5 is interesting, really shitty quality, but shows some more char dev for Oreki, and some romance.  Episode 12 is awesome, cultural festival eps are always fun.  Gotta say..KyoAni definitely knows how to do their cultural fest eps (Haruhi).

Best moment on the episode: When Chitanda discovered that Oreki looked at her photos. Great romance, even though it's not going anywhere. I mean, the otaku would go nuts if a "filthy male" (on their own words) touched their moe girl.

Awesome! I hope he voices out his concerns to Oreki, since he is obvious annoyed at him. After all, Oreki solves everything so easily but don't acknowledge it. It must be pretty annoying for those around him.

EDIT: Well, to be honest, I rarely choose my favorite character based on his/her personality. I choose based on how interesting the anime becomes BECAUSE of him/her. Throughout all of Hyou-ka, Satoshi is the one with most interest dialogue, whenever he is really. But I love the Empress, she's freaking beautiful, hot and outsmarted the boring/annoying Oreki, most fulfilling moment on the anime so far imo. I would love to see another showdown between the two.
