Hmmmm you mean the Fantastic Four didn't have the epic clashness? *sniggers* I would like to see the Fantastic Four with different actors....(mainly because of the fact Chris Evans was Johnny Storm) but hmmmm at the moment my brain is a bit dead right now.

I'm into Jeremy Renner....it's not his fault that every outfit in that damn movie showed off assets (no pun intended as I hate them and they need to die) including his!

I honestly can't remember much of the first Fox Fantastic Four movie, and I never watched the one with the Silver Surfer, so I don't know. I understand that the latter featured a villain that was to Galactus what Origins:Wolverine's Deadpool was to the actual Deadpool >_> I kinda hope the rights default so they can have another go at rebooting it and making a decent movie out of it.

I didn't like the cast of those movies at all. I mean Chris Evans as Johnny Storm was an interesting idea, but I hate Jessica Alba, and good ol' Lancelot from that horrendous King Arthur movie....*dies* Fantastic Four needs a new cast! That is all.

I think they'd have to have a new cast after this long, aside from avoiding having Chris Evans pull double duty. Anybody got any good suggestions?

Aside from the fact that the only one from that cast I actually liked was Michael Chiklass as the Thing I'm up for changing anyone in that cast....suggestions *thinks*

dunno if it's been mentioned yet (not readin all those pages :V), but I read a post today that basically said that Loki was the true victor of the Avengers movie, because his actual objective was to just mess up Earth enough that he would be taken back to Asgard as a prisoner, since that's where the Infinity Gauntlet is, and steal it away for Thanos.

actually seems pretty plausible to me, I'd completely forgotten while watching Avengers that the Infinity Gauntlet was in the vault in Asgard in the first place.

That sounds both interesting and epic. May or may not be related to a post I saw that theorized that Loki is actually being controlled for most of the movie, hence his always putting it to Thor that he can't change his course. The theory said that though Loki doesn't visibly have the blue mind-control eyes, he is wearing his Asgardian glamour throughout the movie and we never see him in his true Jotun appearance, so we never see what his eyes actually look like...

We'll hopefully find out something in Thor 2 :) Tom Hiddleston said that in that movie Loki "will have to face up to what he's done", whatever that means.

Also, it turns out that one of the cutest behind-the-scenes photos on the internet has an adorable story behind it.

^ Oh my gosh mangaluva. That story is just freakin' adorable. XD

@akonyl: while that would make a lot of sense, just where did that person hear all of that? Sorry, but until I have proof, I'm just gonna stick to my theory that Loki was mind-controlled and really couldn't defeat the Avengers.

Also, while we're on the subject of geeking out stories, did you guys hear what happened to Mark Ruffalo in Russia? XD
Why? You never win the cursed war.

I don't think it's proven, just an interesting fan theory. It does make sense.

Also, IRON MAN 3 HAS BEGUN SHOOTING.

just where did they hear all of what? It's not like they were saying "well I heard that this is gonna happen in a future movie" or something, they were just going off of what we're told/shown in the Thor/Avengers movies to make a theory.

and whether or not he could beat the Avengers doesn't matter in the theory anyway. Even if he couldn't possibly defeat the Avengers, according to the theory he never really wanted to anyway. The only reason he would have to defeat them would be to take over Earth, but he never originally wanted to take over Earth, just Asgard, so the whole "I want to take over/destroy Earth" thing is just a ruse. All he would need to do is antagonize the Avengers and put on a good enough show that they would think he was seriously trying to take over the Earth, beat him up, and then have Thor take him back as a prisoner to Asgard.

@the mind control thing: it's plausible, but unless there's more to it than Loki saying he can't change his course, I don't see why it has to be that he's mind controlled over just "I'm in too deep with Thanos's plans that if this goes badly I'm done for".

It wouldn't surprise me if Loki was playing Trojan. After all, he has a running record of repeating tricks when they work ("Are you ever not going to fall for that...?")

I had a freaky dream last night that Thanos was killing everything ever and all of the Avengers were about to die. And Loki walked out with the Silence Glaive from the Sailor Moon and went "I was released in time to give you this! Everything has gone just as you predicted! Except... for one tiny little thing..." and Thanos is like "oh whatever" and is about to take the Silence Glaive when Loki stabbed him with it and was like "...I don't like other people choosing my fate for me." I think even my dreams are writing fanfic now.

Seriously, what happened to Mark Ruffalo in Russia?
