so when conan came into the train 8 and saw a man shoot this victim, it is a fake? because he still can answer phone and came out from his cabin.

but then he suddenly shot his own head?

the door lock is using chain. i remember a case of night baron where the culprit use duct tape to set up the door lock. ( but on that case, the lock is a solid stick. not a chain )

Oh no it's the Rail Tracer.  Only something like that could have gotten out of the window on a moving train and gotten it closed.  

Ok serious time was that Conductor going around to some of the rooms a flashback?  Did the victim get killed twice?

but when Conan see that guy getting shot, it just body wound. not on head. he is not holding the gun. and the way Sera talking about Gun powder smell, that means on the first event, the gun is a fake.

Conan must think that the guy wear a vast with fake blood bag ( like the one in movies ) and the gun only shoot a needle.

I think the one that walked out was someone disguised as the victim or the victim still alive. It's not a flashback because flashbacks usually have a black border and not a white one like normally.
The one looking out of the room was also concerned why the conductor went to the next door.
On page 13 you can see that a door without a letter (missing? error?) is going outside. You can't see who. But from the location, it should be room B.

Those cards with "you got x role" reminds me of mafia XD

About the unmarked door, wouldn't that be the inside? (in case all doors open to the same direction)

But still, pretty sure the room letters got exchanged at some point..

Is there any reason to assume the victim was not shot through the gap of the door? Even with the chain locked, you see the wound, so it should be possible to just shoot like this, right?

Behind that door there is something like an arm, so I thought it was the outside XD

It's strange then tho. If that open door is C and that nazi glasses dude closed that one, then the perspective is a bit wrong/strange?
Because perspective wise, there should be at least 2 doors between the open one and the woman/conductor one. I think O_o"
Maybe it's 3 and it's A? :V

@shot: I think the angle would be wrong then. It would be a bit more tilted. For now it looks like a 90° imo.
And if that open door is really B, then it means it was wide open just a few moments ago? :V

if Gosho really base this case on the novel, then its possible that all of the passengers on that particular car knew about  the murder.. and each of them is involved in the killing.. notice how each of them kinda distract the conductor.. the question here will be who shot the victim..

Is there any reason to assume the victim was not shot through the gap of the door? Even with the chain locked, you see the wound, so it should be possible to just shoot like this, right?

at first I was gonna say "that wouldn't be the case because of the angle of the bullet wound", but looking back at the file, the entry wound is on the side of the head facing the door and the exit wound is somewhere on the back of the head, which considering the angle of his body, actually fits with being shot from the crack in the door. :V

I'm hoping more plot-related in the next file.
