Personally i think it's all the same person because who ever Scar Akai really is they seem to prefer designer clothing.  If i remember correctly that was a designer knit cap he was sporting when Jodi saw him the one time

Nah, it was still the baseball cap. I think it's the same guy as well.

yeah just watched a random into and noticed I got them mixed up.  Scar Akai is the the one who looks like that one avatar I have of Duo Maxwell from Gundam Wing.

The consistency is a bit lacking IMHO. I'm hoping this cuts back on the "Scar Akai is a different person because his scar looks different this time"-type theories because it looks different all the time.

Spoiler: I'm not sure if this would count as a spoiler or not.

The lack of consistency could mean one of three things.
1. Gosho and/or his assistants suck at this kind of thing and that's why the size of the scar is constantly changing.
2. It could be an indication of only one person disguising them self as Scar Akai with the inconsistency being a clue pointing to the fact that the scar is fake. That and it could possibly be that the person who made the fake scar is inexperienced in applying theater make-up.
3. It could mean that more than one person is disguising themselves as Scar Akai.

I'm with Chek in that it's the same guy as before because it would be a sudden left turn from what Gosho's been setting up. Gosho's either inconsistant or since most of his face is covered up by his hat and hair, they wanted to make the scar noticable.

I agree that the scar looks different each times but this time it was way too exaggerated xD
So I think it's something like :

• Amuro/Bourbon has done the disguise himself this time (without Vermouth's help 'cause she's elsewhere)
• It is an indication for readers that it is a mask
• Scar Akai/Amuro/Bourbon has hidden intentions of doing the scar like this. (reason?)

Or Gosho is a lazy guy
