I see her as completely female, just a little tomboyish. And I don't think she's a threat in the Shinran fandom, she even teases the two!

I also don't think that Sera is really interested as a love interest. Heck, she's practically a ShinRan shipper xD I think she feels/wants a more...brother/sister relation.
