I mean... Even Wigglytuff has nothing going for it... (the only game where Wigglytuff rocks is Mystery Dungeon. :3) I haven't had any deaths since my Meowth before Erika. :P I'm at Seafoam Islands right now, grinding...
Are you using modified rules then? I thought if you fainted the first pokemon in the area, that's it, you don't get another shot? :-X
I didn't catch another Pokemon. :X I killed it out of rage, and just killed every other living thing in the area. XD Good job, Flicker (my Charmeleon at the time).... Lvl. 25... (I overleveled for Brock because every other Poke I had DIED. 'cept.... His Onix was way too easy. One 'Growl' and it did 6 damage with Rock Tomb. :P) My rules are (for catching Pokemon):
1. Duplicate Clause allowed. If you already have that Pokemon, you get another chance.
2. You are allowed to catch duplicates, but only if your original one of that species is dead. TT-TT (RIP My two Pidgeys, a Spearow (I have a Fearow on my main team), and several others that didn't survive grinding...)
3. First Pokemon only if duplicate is not encountered. You can kill it if you want, but no second chances.
4. The only exception. A SHINY POKEMON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D But I haven't seen any.... TT-TT

BTW... :3 Out of curiosity, has anyone found a shiny Pokemon in their Nuzlocke?
I am ShinRan/HeiShin/KaiShin/HakuKai/HakuHei/ShinEi/MitsuAi. Got a problem with that? XD
Of course, I'm also a huge DraMione tard, but if you dare pull me into that rant, you'll be stuck here for the next five hours reading. Just ask those who read my 2700 word ShinRan rant on DCW. :PImage

I haven't found a shiny. I never find shinies, ever.

Also, if anybody knows how to evolve a Haunter on a Visual Boy Advance emulator, please, for the love of Mew, tell me. I like Gaston and he's got a decent movepool, but he's getting a bit underpowered.

Talk with the stalker*. ^^;

*Conia mentioned something about having a cheat program which allow pokemon there originally only evolves through trade, to evolve on emulators when reaching level 50. :)

Sure, there's no version of VBA that features Link Cable emulation, and the first link you get when you type "emulator link cable" into Google is totally just a FAQ that says that it's impossible to emulate the Link Cable... ::)

I will not investigate that interesting link and do not thank you for it.

I did mention that, but it was for SoulSilver ^^

Also, there's another emulator from the VBA family, VBA Link, that allows you to connect 2 emulators for trading/battling. I know it has its bugs, but I guess you could take the chance.

I started the Nuzlocke on my LeafGreen version earlier today.  I just delivered the package to Oak, so I'm not far in yet.  I did almost lose Amon, my Squirtle, on the way to Viridian City, though.  He got down to 1 HP. :-X

I might wake up early and go running. I also might wake up and win the lottery. The odds are about the same.

:-X But you didn't lose him, that's the important part! XD

Meanwhile, my Blastoise completely swept Giovanni and most of his gym on his own ("most of" because Kadabra helped out with the fighting types), just like I thought he would. (Especially since he did the same to Blaine.)

Eventually I'm gonna make my way to the pokemon league. XD

[me=Raiden]only just got around to battle lass Haley today and won. \o/ :-X[/me]

I've been a bit distracted by other things, fear not, I haven't forgotten this. ^^;

Oh, I have forgot, which route is the best to catch poliwhirls? And yes, I kinda want the Jynx the old guy offers for trade in Cerulean City. :x :)

You need the otain the Good Rod for fishing Poliwag, and you're still a little far away from that :-X

I also haven't forgotten, but since I started classes again this week + GMing Mafia, I couldn't get to play it.

Trainer:  Raisa
Rival:  Micah

March 20th:
Amon- Wartortle, level 16
Han- Pidgey, level 15
Byrne- Rattata, level 16
Missy- Butterfree, level 16
Fire- Geodude, level 16
Wit- Spearow, level 12

Level grinding really sucks around Cerulean before you beat your rival.  Also, not so happy that I have two birds right now.  Hoping for something better above the city.
Spoiler: March 19
Current party:
Amon- Squirtle, level 14
Han- Pidgey, level 12
Byrne- Rattata, level 12
Missy- Butterfree, level 12

Amon beat Brock single-handedly and only got hit once.  Geodude didn't stand a chance and Onix only got off one hit.  It was awesome.

Just got out of Victory Road! (finally!) It takes so long if you say no healing items... I had to use 'Dig' every time I got a status condition, my Pokemon got in red... (I started by trying to grind while simultaneously attempting to battle every trainer, and eventually realized all my Pokes were going to die if I tried to do that...)
Current Team:
Flicker the Charizard, Lvl. 52
Suki the Victreebell, Lvl. 51
Azure the Lapras, Lvl. 52
Myra the Fearow, Lvl.52
Li the Haunter, Lvl. 51 (I want a Gengar so badly... But you can't trade with GPSPhone apparently... And my Rom editor seems to be broken... TT-TT But oh well, Li can still kick butt. If Hypnosis doesn't miss...)
Trick the Jolteon, Lvl. 51

I grind too much in the beginning of the game, and in the middle and ends of the game, I don't grind at all. :/ Does anyone else do that? Because now I'm going to have to grind until I'm sure I can take on the E4 without losing everyone (no healing items)... Oh, BTW, what's your favorite place to grind? I'd like some suggestions. My favorite spot is those biker dudes at the top of Cycling Road, but they're pretty boring. XD
I am ShinRan/HeiShin/KaiShin/HakuKai/HakuHei/ShinEi/MitsuAi. Got a problem with that? XD

I tend to grind by repeatedly beating up those six bikers, yeah XD Well, for the fifth and sixth gyms. Training for the fourth, I prefer the four students and the twins just west of Lavender. Then I don't tend to level grind until Victory Road.
