Well the difference between Heavy Rain at its best and its worst (from what I've seen at least) is like the difference between subzero temperatures and the sun so that could mean literally anything in terms of quality.

Looks better than that other "new" game Capcom's making that looks like a bigger ripoff of other better games than that last 3D Castlevania.

The second one that appeared also had Ako as the creator of the topic, and the opening post was the same one, so it was still a  Forum Ghost messing around.
