Does it have to be PC? Isn't like wii-games or something okay? Though being stuck in Zelda would be quite.. "Normal" people there are weird. But as for the answer:

I'd pick up ingredients like crazy and make potions all day, I would try to refrain from stealing ingredients though I'd also learn some spells and join the College of Winterhold.
