It's formatted like an normal investigate, such as C sending in the action "Blame A for killing B". Even if the BO are actually killing D, it will go through and can be investigated as true. As the sun began to set, a most horrific incident occurred.
Pirates. At camp.
They demanded either the island or a single hostage. The crewmembers, taking advantage of this, gave them miikosan (Sherry), as a hostage. miikosan was never seen again.
Right then, one of the pirates, with a huge cannon, shot a mysterious projectile at Meme. The projectile quickly unfolded into handcuffs, which encased Meme's wrists.
Once the pirates left - for now - Old Al searched the camp. He noticed a pair of broken handcuffs, but nothing else more.
So what happened:
miikosan (Sherry) was lynched.
Meme was arrested.
A police officer was suspended.
