My mum spent all day yesterday, when we couldn't make Grandma and Grandpa's broadband work, saying that we should reset the router. Her brother Jim kept treating it like the stupidest suggestion ever. This morning, after he left, we called customer support, who instantly said "reset the router". It worked. She is being an absolute little sister over the phone about it- "Hey there Jim! Remember when I suggested reseting the router...?"- and it's hilarious.

Totally almost got in a barfight today without doing anything. Woulda been hilarious had it happened, but considering that the friend who the other guys' anger was directed at is like half my size I don't think he would've appreciated it much :x
