Apparently, Shiho has some weird fetishes...

after seeing these pics,i remember why i liked this drama!!!
shiho is so beautiful!!!and shinichi is hot^^
it's a shame that shinichi never meet shiho in the manga >:(i'm sure he would be shocked!

Does this count? Conan rescued Shiho in the Pisco case, after she took the drug to escape. It likely he saw her then.

Not likely.
When Conan recovered Ai from the Wine Cellar she was already back in her child-body. The only time he might have seen her was on the roof - at night, during snowfall, from a far distance (>20m) and while hidding from Gin and Vodga who were right between him and Shiho. Ohh, and she worse glasses as disguisse at that time.
