The Political Compass

OK, now for a bit of explanation. The Political Compass shows one's political position on two axis.

The Left-Right axis symbolises the opinion on economics, with Right being a tendency towards a free, uncontrolled market (Neo-Liberalism) and Left being a tendency towards a state-controlled market (Collectivism).
The Authoritarian-Libertarian axis symbolizes the social dimension, with Authoritarian being a tendency to only the state mattering, and the individual being of no concern (Fascism), and Libertarian being a tendency to only the individual mattering, and the state is being no concern (Anarchism).

So why am I posting this here? Basically, I intended to make a chart showing the different positions of the people here in DCTP. If you want to find out your own position, you should take this test. Afterwards, you can (if you want to) PM me the results, and I'll add another dot with your name. If you want to stay anonymous, I can also add a dot without a name.
Spoiler: Only read this after the test!

The chart above gives an example of the position of the major political parties in the USA and Germany (which is probably similar to other European countries as well).

USA:
Democrats: Large blue circle.
Republicans: Large red circle.

Germany:
NPD = Nationaldemokratische Partei Deutschlands = National Democratic Party of Germany = brown dot.
CDU = Christlich Demokratische Union = Christian Democratic Union = black dot (= CSU).
SPD = Sozialdemokratische Partei Deutschland = Socialdemocratic Party of Germany = bright red dot.
FDP = Freie Demokratische Partei = Free Democratic Party = yellow dot.
Grüne = Die Grünen = The Greens = green dot.
Die Linke = Die Linke = The Left = dark red dot.

Notes:
The German parties might be all be a little too close towards the center; the chart I had had omitted the scale :P
NPD: Neo-nazis.
FDP: Accused of simply being the party of the bid companies, has only 1-2% in recent polls, might disappear soon.
Die Linke: Former communists. The goals the claim are definitely not communist, but people still are distrustful.
Piraten (=Pirates): Actually, they should be here as well, considering they are getting nearly 10% in recent polls. However, defining their political position is a bit difficult to begin with. It can be said for sure, however, that they are very far down on the vertical axis, and are more likely to be in the green area than in the violet one.

I was actually waiting for Parkur to take the test to see how biased the test was, if he was in the green square I was gonna call shenanigans :P

Looks like it's less biased than I was guessin at first at least, or he'd have to really try to be over there :V

If we're going with that argument, he should be directly in the center so he can have the red and purple, too. :-X

I'm on the central line (vertically), just into libertarian.

Interesting.

In a shorter version of this test from my Government class earlier this semester, I was more toward the authoritarian-right, though still pretty close to the center.

I might wake up early and go running. I also might wake up and win the lottery. The odds are about the same.
