Kirei da na~ You can try making the colors a bit neater, though. Do you use layers?

In my opinion they do look good, but you should use more colours to bring out the shades. Use layers and layer setting modes to get some awesome colours out of it. I bet you will improve if you work more on the shading and also try to keep the face colour out of the eyes (for example in the Koumei colouring it is really obvious with all that soft-focus effect you used) ^^'' And in the Conan one, you are currently using as a sig: It looks a little bit grainy (looks as if you erased some of the outlines partially). Try to keep an eye on the cleanness of your pics. Anyway, good luck to you and keep going :3

The Conan one looks grainy because I used the paint bucket to fade off the edges a bit.
