Because maybe Anokata is really Vermouth's son who got APTXed(but he's in fact old, if you think of vermouth's possible age!). So he's a baby with an adult brain, And Vermouth is his favourite becasuse she's his mummy! (I think I read this somewhere, so sorry if I have taken someone else's idea)
