What questions me is that why the Police never use guns when they're armed with it.

Isn't that a little over the top to shoot a thief who has not murdered anyone? Besides, as seen in a couple mangas I believe and episode 4, KID seems to be quite good at dodging bullets.

Kaitou Kid is a nonviolent criminal who goes unarmed (the card gun and the sleeping gas, to the best of my knowledge, don't count as weapons). I don't know about Japan, but in the UK at least, I'm pretty sure cops aren't allowed to open fire on unarmed and nonviolent criminals. If they did so, that cop would be in MAJOR trouble.

I used to read a webcomic where they followed the logic you can't die if you name is in the title.  This comic had a very big effect on me so I follow the locgic that Kid can't be arrested in DC because he still currently staring in MK as the title character.  He's that one guest start actor they keep bringing back but can't get to stay as a regular because of prior engagements.  SNL has a lot of guest hosts like that.

So post pandora. Well  in Yaiba there was something about how kaito and Aoko might end up dating.

hey the one time they thought to use knock Out gas, Akako started playing with her Kid voodoo doll. Besides last time Conan got decent range to tranc him they were on a moving bike.  Movie 8 has always worried me if Conan had managed to hit kid with a dart how was he planning on keeping Kid from crashing?

And everyone was freaked out that he did. The early manga chapter that that episode was based on didn't exactly follow reality, but I suspect that, had he been working with the police rather than, IIRC, privately contracted by the princess, he wouldn't have gotten away with it.

The point is that she didn't stay dead, I think.  You can't permanently kill off a title character or somesuch.  It's that Main Character Immunity.  Conan's got a severe case himself.

Well you can't kill off a main character because then where does the story go? I mean yeah there are times when the main character has to die in order for the story to make sense like the movie All Dogs Go To Heaven but other then that you can't really kill off the main for good.

As to why nobody can figure out who Kid is & why he hasn't been caught well again where would the story go after that? Sure I've played out in my head how it'd go plenty of times but it makes it hard to continue on. Also other people on the show are suppose to think oh there's no way they can be that person. Seriously it's obvious that Zim from Invader Zim is an alien or that Danny from Danny Phantom is in fact Danny Phantom but really people are just too blind to see it. If it's the end of the series then it makes sense to let out a secret like that & just see what happens. Although I sort of wish that it doesn't have to be the end & maybe not.
