Everyone has two votes now - one for your favourite pairing of Conan and one for yours of Ai (which may be the same number). You may not choose a number without deciding for a) or b) - if there is an option - either you accept other pairings or you don't.
We will count the votes at the end and see which pairing (or position) is the most-liked one. If someone wants to, he may start a poll - although I do not think that so many options are possible.

Well... depending on how grave "fanatic" is - I guess it means "I want Ai/Conan only in that one pairing. I know he/she could be paired with others, I acknowledge the existance of these other fandoms, but I don't care about them." while moderate means "I like that one pairing but I would not mind if one of the two persons involved is paired with another person".

This would not work. 2b is a Conan-vote and 11a is a Conan-vote. You have two Conan-votes, but no Ai-vote. There's only one vote for each of them!

This is not necessary.
a) is that you will only accept this pairing
b) is that you prefer this pairing.
Logically, this would lead to
c) being that you do not prefer this pairing, but would accept it.
But in this case, you're b) for another option and mustn't choose anything else. Therefore, if you vote correctly, noone should ever want to choose c).

EXAMPLE:
You are a ShinRan-fan, who would also accept ConanxAi. So you are 2b. You are also 1c, but you have only one vote, and 2b does already indicate that you are willing to accept other pairings.

BTW:
You do not have to accept all other pairings to vote b). One or two are enough.

I adjusted the options for 1 and 2. They do now fit the ones for the other numbers.
