it's easy to get away with because nobody knows whether yusaku/okiya can use the list again if the first killer was never caught... it's just a possibility but i find it unlikely since sushi didn't defend herself after it was said that she killed sandwich... just sayin
sushi did say he was blamed. But it can't be proved. unless there is a real deducer that could not use their action again night 2...
