I'm guessing that the cart is being used by an "Extreme Couponer" AKA New Generation Hoarder, a parent shopping for their kids during Tax Free Weekend AKA Store Employee Hell Weekend or it's just a cart full of either "reshop" items or clearance items.

Two of my classmates, A and B, where in the kitchen, note that they are both guys.
