*Mouri Kogorou enters the room and lights a cigarette*
Spoiler:
Hanin wa anata da! Fujiwara Yomu!!
It's simple. We have to look for a weapon that is unique and non of the others are able to use.
Both were dealing with water. Paper doesn't like water. And because both Itou Rumi and Tamura Sana dealt with water they both have to use towels!
So it's impossible to say if one of those two are the culprit.
That leaves only one!
Now I will show you how it was done.
She took some paper and made a string out of it. Paper itself is pretty easyly damaged. Roll it up and make a string and you can lift tons with it.
The marks are from the paper who scratched her skin.

I think c-square got it, so alright, your turn! :V

but anyway, in that case:
Spoiler:
Sana with a towel? The towel's fibers would also make indentations if pressed hard enough

While kogorou's right that both the dishwasher and bather use towels, in general the dishwashing towel is more of a cloth and is much too small to easily strangle somebody with.

But paper wouldn't leave dot-like indentations on the skin. ::)

it does if it's all crumpled up and you're jabbin yourself with the pointy corners :P

And I find it more amusing that you took aly's hint to mean "I fall asleep with paper all the time" :V

Anyway, new easy riddle:

After a battle, many soldiers are checked into the hospital for serious injuries. Among 100 injured soldiers, there are 70 who lost an eye, 85 who lost an arm, 80 who lost a leg, and 75 who lost an ear.

Some unfortunate soldiers lost all four of those things. It's not all bad though, because the minimum number of soldiers possible lost all four. How many soldiers lost all of those things?

I know what the maximum is, but of course that's not the answer. :-\

Gruesome riddle...
Spoiler:
To get the minimum number of soldiers who lost all four, you want to maximize the number who didn't lose something:

If 70 lost an eye, 30 didn't lose an eye.
If 85 lost an arm, 15 didn't lose an arm.
If 80 lost a leg, 20 didn't lose a leg.
If 75 lost an ear, 25 didn't lose an ear.

30 + 15 + 20 + 25 = 90 people who didn't lose something.  That means 10 people had to have lost all four.  It still is really bad, because all the rest lost three of the four!
