I think you hve it a bit off and mix lolicon with lolita or loli, at least if TV tropes is to be trusted. I was reading TV tropes a week ago (3 hours of my life I will never get back ) so I can point to some relevant pages (they are quick to read, just don't click any links or you'll get lose in it and appear 1-6 hours later without knwing what happened ).
