Somehow, I don't think anyone's that dense. Anything Gosho slaps onto them that looks romantic will just feel forced, seeing Heiji doesn't seem to like Kazuha in the same way. It's more brother/sister to me. Yes, the fanfiction... I used to read a HeiWa fic, but then it never updated. And then I realized there was nothing backing up the relationship other than presumed love on both sides. T.T Yeah, I'm pretty much the person who's the black sheep.

I see what you mean ;_; Gosho wasn't very generous until now, when it comes to showing Heiji's feelings for Kazuha. But I know believe, what we saw is love. I just think, that Heiji feels comfortable with the way things are between him and Kazuha, and that's why he is so clueless. And (from Heiji's point of view) he never saw that Kazuha tried to made a move on him, and he believes in her "Heiji is my little brother" and his "She is my little follower" words...

The magician's case where Heiji was very jealous was very good in showing that Heiji is feeling more for Kazuha than friendship, imo. Though he was as dense as a spoon about his own feelings, he expressed them openly to everyone =)

Ha...! ....ttori..?" as his voiced turned into a weak whimper from the sight of Heiji not being there? And in the manga, Kudo equipped with an insane expression, looked as if he was about to jump into the vast ocean without any confirmation as to whether Heiji really did fall in.

Well, I guess that's more ShinHei... but there's tons of HeiShin.
Heiji ruined the good luck charm to be with Shinichi! XD He turned it around so that it would rain on poor Conan-kun's field trip. ^^ And the White murder... Notice how much Heiji will do to see Kudo. He travels to Tokyo most of the time just to see Kudo. For example, in 'Reunion at Mycroft', Heiji shows up only to get a chance to see Kudo. I mean, he was obsessed enough to travel all the way out to a deserted mansion for an event he didn't even like to get a stinking chance to try and see a guy he met once. Don't you find that adorkable? (that word is perfect for Heiji. ^^) And then White Murder, 'I wanted to see you' with a heart on the quote! A heart! A heart! (he only retracted the statement to keep from being tranquilized. *nods*) The Naniwa Serial Murders, he lends Shinichi his special good luck charm and while Heiji used to let people commit suicide, he almost got himself killed to honor Shinichi's words. (adorkable I tell you!) Oh, and there had to be a reason Kazuha thought 'Kudo' was a girl, doesn't there? Wouldn't that mean Heiji talks about Kudo like he would a girl he likes? *blushes* I need to know what he said to Kazuha about Kudo. I must know now. Next mystery!
'The Case of the Separated Lovers' (Files 211-214), like always, Heiji and Shinichi are perfectly in sync. It's adorable! In 'The Spider Mansion' case, Heiji is so happy when he finds out Kudo's going to be there! He's like (wait a second, if this guy is here, then- KUDO! *hugs* (the hug happened. Gosho just didn't draw it. LOL XD) 'The Desperate Revival' arc was Heiji running from Osaka the moment the term was over to make sure Shinichi was okay. (Awesomeness.) Then he even took the time to dress up as Kudo to protect him. The Mermaid Arc has ShinHei! (a somewhat rarer occurance) Shinichi's so worried he stalls the deduction to wait for Heiji. (I don't care that Heiji saved Kazuha. Any person would do that for a childhood friend. I mean, all the Gosho guys would do it for anyone if you think about it. Heiji got himself shot to save a police officer. It's not that different.) In 'K3', there has to be more reason to think Heiji's having an affair other than 'Are you alone?' and 'Is it okay now?' (and why does Kazuha count it as an affair if she isn't even dating Heiji? Sheesh, get a grip on yourself Kazuha. You're not the only girl in his life. Or guy for that matter.) There had to be something more romantic. XD
In 'The Knight of Naniwa', Heiji brushed off his precious kendo match just to beat Shinichi in solving the case. (I know when the guy I like is near me, I really want to beat him in something just to prove something to him. I don't know what. It's just... adrenaline.)
I think that's enough for now... I'm not even halfway through... But I'm done for now.

I don't think Heiji likes her, but knowing Gosho, Heiji obviously does. *rolls eyes* it's going to feel so forced. If Heiji had been played as liking Kazuha, I wouldn't care, but he hasn't. He always abandons her for Shinichi. And he gets irritated with her easily. They're more of a brother-sister relationship.

Kazuha mainly annoys me because she gets jealous a bit too easily... Hot-headedness like that is funny in a guy, but her version is just annoying. Actually, scratch that, it's only funny if it's cute (like Shinichi).
Here's something else...

Kazuha annoys me to death. From the actual evidence, Heiji doesn't like her, at least not more than your average schoolboy crush. And he can't even figure that out. You never see him brooding over Kazuha like Shinichi does over Ran, do you? And Kazuha thinks she has the right to diss Ran just because she happened to be wearing the same color clothes as Heiji. Seriously, her jealousy is so transparent and annoying. Sure Ran's the same, but at least she's got better reasons that Kazuha... I now wonder why I ever, ever supported HeiWa... Hate Kazuha, she gets on my nerves...

And I've figured out ways that makes all of it invalid on Heiji's part.  Spider Mansion- Wouldn't all of us be worried sick (and angry) if our best friend just nearly got killed? Doesn't mean I'm in love with them. And the fact Heiji doesn't blush while suggesting he and Kazuha sleep together for warmth is a pretty big sign that he doesn't think of her in that way. Mermaid- I think if my best friend (or brother) just saved me from falling down a cliff, fell down themselves, and now we're both dangling precariously from a branch, I'd do everything in my power to save both of us. Notice romantic thoughts cone only from Kazuha. Evil Lawyer Case- No, Heiji obviously didn't suddenly realize he had feelings for Kazuha or he'd have mentioned it later in the series, or at least he'd blush more often. If he actually had something to say, I think he's brave enough to say it. The fact that he stumbles and cones up with "Your ponytail tickles, that's all!" shows he didn't actually come up with anything. And don't even get me ranting on why Heiji obviously likes Shinichi.

So what? Even if it's M rated it's still not rare.  You were saying people don't agree with you. They do.
And those are designs in the art. Unless it is actually POINTED OUT in the anime that doesn't count. And I could probably go back and do the exact same thing you just did with Heiji and Kazuha.
And so what? Kazuha is the jealous type.
Something tells me that when she knows Heiji returns her feelings and that he's hers she'll cool down... a LOT. besides. HEIJI gets JUST as jealous but doesn't show it in the same way. And Ran actually CONSTANTLY is worried that Shinichi is off having "fun time" with some random blonde, probably foreign, busty chick. She does the same thing Kazuha does but in her OWN way.
