Call upon GG 4 Abs. 3 (Basic Law (= German Constitution) 4, paragraph 3) - Noone may be forced into armed service (...).).
If that were to be ignored, I'd take the whole thing to court (GG 19 Abs. 4 - Guarantee of recourse to the course against the state), and finally, exercise the Right to Resist (GG 20 Abs. 4) due to violation of the Law (GG 20 Abs. 3) and no other options being left.
