And what Conan didn't know is when Ai took a bullet for him it's in fact Ayumi in disguise, hence, the "ultimate sacrifice for love" can still be applied.

Oh, yeah, that's when Ai finally knew Conan's plan of indirectly killing her, so as a revenge of sort, she won't make a permanent antidote, instead, she'll make a lot of temporary antidotes so after using it so many times, Shinichi will build up immunity, as a result, staying forever as Conan.

That way, both Ran and Shinichi will suffer because they won't be together.

that's just cruel, are you implying that Ai actually made a little girl a sacrifice just so she can torment Conan and Ran for the rest of her life? - aren't you turning Ai into a villain here?

and besides - is not like Ran can't take aptx herself and be together with Conan/Shinichi

yes she can...but she may die...only few people can shrunk ,for the others it's a poison

so will she take the risk?

Let's just say I'm neither an Ai fan nor a Ran fan-- as opposed to my previous posts-- I decided I'll just stay neutral.
