You'll get your role today if you're Vermouth, Irish, KID, Yukiko, Yumi, Sonoko, Hakuba, or Makoto. Everyone else just sits around and waits another 24 hours.

If kain appears:

Prep. Phase: Prep.phase roles will be handed out (Like KID, vermy etc,) Those people need to answer the PM from the GM (Like which disguises, or who should be the BFF etc.)
Night 1: Here, everyone else get's their role. You'll be able to use night actions then. And BO tried to kill a townie
Day1: Day actions and lynching going on. Someone could die from lynching or from APTX
Night 2...
Day 2...
Night 3...

And so on :)

I see... so I will be asigned a role on night 1 if I don't get one in the Prep. Phase... Say, things start with Day 1 after the Prep. Phase?
