One thing bothers me, what's with that 100 pills?? Will Conan take it or not?? This cure is useless if it last less and less time. Ai should find out REAL cure which give Conan and her their normal bodies permamently. Ehhh... Hope Gosho will explain that thing soon.

Basically, Conan wants the ability to change back on his own (since he didn't exactly have a choice in the recent incident).
If Ai would give him the pills, Conan would definitely take them. As Ai astutely pointed out, since Conan like to show off so much, he would go through the 100 pills in less than a week.

Length of the drug effect:
If the effect of the drug is counteracted by antibodies (which increases exponentially as long as the antigen, i.e. the drug, is present in the body), we can expect the length of effect to decrease logarithmically.
The first dose: 24 hours
The second dose: ln(24) hours = 3.178 hours
The third dose: ln(ln(24)) hours = 1.156 hours
etc...

As File 655 showed us, the second dose lasted less than 4 hours. In this manner, by the fifth consecutive dose, the time period of the drug effect would be insignificant due to the amount of antibodies in the body.

Supposedly, if Conan waits until the amount of existing antibodies die down, the drug effect will 24 hours again. Of course, knowing Conan's character, there is NO way he would wait that long, hence Ai's comment that he would go through the pills in less than a week.

Don't laugh at me, but I imagined a scene which (to be honest) would never ever appear in next file. I mean a scene at the end, after solving sushi restaurant's case. Let me share it with you, even though it'll definitely won't happen.
